Licensing & Accounting

Licenses are required in the City of New Smyrna Beach for vacation rentals and we assist you through the entire application processes. Once your home is being rented, we manage the bookkeeping, pay the monthly bed tax, send monthly and yearly statements, and prepare rental tax forms.

Reservation Management

We execute rental contracts and collect all deposits, rents and fees. Upon check-in, we confirm reservation details with guests including lock box codes, Wi-Fi passwords, building procedures and home policies. Upon check out, we return guest security deposits and arrange departure cleaning services.

Online Access

We offer free e-pay for withdrawals and an online owner portal where you can view statements and invoices, submit a maintenance request, and contact our team.
